Call for papers
The conference
invites original contributions
related to advances in and uses of
computing and communication
technologies in Civil and Building
Engineering. The contributions could
cover a broad range from
fundamentals to applications.
Authors of papers, identified
during the reviewing process of
including original work that could
form the basis of a journal
publication, will be invited to
submit full-length, journal-quality
papers, for inclusion in special
issues of Computing in Civil
Engineering (ASCE) and Advanced
Engineering Informatics (Elsevier)1.
Abstract submission
The conference is
planning to publish a book of
abstracts and an electronic full
proceedings. The book of abstracts
will reserve two pages per paper.
Authors should fit their
contributions under one of the
conference themes and should also
classify them under one or more of
the list of topics (see
Themes and
topics). For details see
Author
instructions.
Abstracts are requested by 15
September 2009.
Paper submission
The full paper
should be a maximum of six pages in length and
must conform to the format
prescribed in the conference paper
template. Authors are also
required to submit a two page
extended abstract. For details see
Author
instructions.
Authors are
responsible for ensuring that proper
authorisation is provided for any
materials that is not their own
work.
To allow for the
publication of the proceedings
authors need to transfer their
copyrights to the publisher. The
transfer agreement is handled via
the Paper
submission process and the
conference management system (CMT).
Full Papers and modified abstracts
are due by 15 December 2009.
