Authors who require entry visas to the United Kingdom must ensure they make their own arrangement to obtain such visas. It is advisable to start visa applications as early as possible and in plenty of time before the start of the conference. The Conference organisers will assist by providing certificates of registration and paper submission on request and by providing references where feasible.
