Registration includes the
conference pack and admission to all
conference technical sessions,
coffee breaks and lunches. This
applies to both full and
reduced-rate registrations. Conference banquet is
only included in the Standard
conference registration band but can
also be added separately (see below).
Paper author registration
- For each accepted paper, at
least one author must register
at the full rate (band 1 or 2
below), even if all
authors are students. Completed
registration is required for all
accepted papers and/or
presentations that are to be
included in the conference
proceedings.
- Authors of an accepted paper
must complete a full
registration before 31 March
2010 for their paper to be
included in the conference
proceedings.
- If you have multiple
accepted papers, each paper must
have a separate registration
(subsequent registrations can
use the reduced rate)
- Student registration rate
applies to accompanying
students.

Registration fee
There are three bands of
registrations: Standard,
Conference-only, and
Accompanying-student.
1. Standard conference
registration: This includes the
conference pack and admission to all
conference technical sessions,
coffee breaks and lunches, and the conference banquet
at Chatsworth House. The fee for
this band is 450 GBP (if paid before
the later registration cut-off
date). 2. Conference-only
registration: This includes the
conference pack and admission to all
conference technical sessions,
coffee breaks and lunches. The fee
for this band is 400 GBP (if paid
before the late registration
cut-off date). 3.
Reduced conference registration:
This applies to an additional
registration for a paper author or where the registrant is an
accompanying research
student. The
registration must be accompanied by
a confirmation letter from the
student's supervisor confirming the
registrant's student status. This
registration has the same benefits
as the Conference-only registration
(band 2 above). The fee for this
band is 300 GBP (if paid before the
late registration cut-off date).
Early and late registration
- Early registration rate: £40 discount will be
available to the first 50
registrants who complete their
transactions by 1 March 2010.
This rate only apply to the
Standard conference registration
band.
- Late registration rate: a
surcharge of £25 will be applied
to registrants who apply after
31 May 2010.
Please note that the above
rates are correct at the time of
publication. However, the
organisers reserve the right to
change these rates.
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellations requests received
by 30 April 2010 are entitled to a
full refund*.
- Cancellations requests received
by 31 May 2010 are entitled to a full refund minus £100*.
- Cancellations requests received after 31 May
2010 will receive no refund but are
entitled to the Conference pack.
* If the registration is related
to a paper submission that has
already been sent to the publishers,
the refund is £100 from a full
registration and no refund for a
discounted registration. The paper are
expected to be sent to the
publishers on 23 April 2010.
